Job Description
Main responsibilities (Quality Assurance):
- Conduct monthly quality monitoring checks of the team members in the Expedia account, Swedish and Danish markets;
- Ensure thorough and objective feedback based on quality monitoring and outline performance trends;
- Provide timely and regular reporting to TM and client on monitored results, trends and improvement/training needs;
- Continuously look for methods of QA process improvement in cooperation with TM and client;
Main responsibilities (Training/Coaching):
- Conduct new hire trainings upon the business need. Follow through with each new hire from the beginning until the end of the training process to ensure their smooth start with-in the Expedia account;
- Conduct coaching/up-training or refresher training to existing employees in the department based on QA gaps, updates and news on the product.
Salary of 1900,- Euros/Gross
