Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a background in automation and testing. You will have expertise in Selenium, Core Java, Jenkins, and TestNG, with a focus on backend and service/API testing.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium and TestNG.
• Collaborate with teams to understand our requirements and develop test plans.
• Perform backend and service/API testing to ensure integration and performance.
• Analyze on testing results, ensuring any issues are documented and addressed.
• Mentor junior SDET team members, providing guidance and expertise in automated testing practices.
• Improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance software quality.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and automated testing.

Automation skills using Selenium, Core Java, Jenkins, and TestNG.

Experience with backend and service/API testing.

Process and translate them into testing requirements.

Experience with mobile automation testing (iOS & Android).

Familiarity with project management tools like Qtest, Jira, or any similar tools.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.

Knowledge of cloud environments and testing in cloud-based applications.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

 

Must have – Automation skills using Selenium, Core Java, Jenkins and TestNG

Must have – Understanding of backend and service/API testing

Must have – Quick business understanding

Good to have – Mobile automation IOS & Android

Good to have – Project management tools like Qtest, Jira or any
