Internal Marketing & Engagement Specialist
Job Description
- Support reinforcing the brand image of Concentrix and communicating its value through Internal Communication, PR, Advertising, Events, Collateral
- Execute internal communication strategies across multiple channels
- Build and activate an employee engagement and wellness calendar with campaigns, events, education opportunities, and staff recognition
- Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant
- Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.
