Job Description
The Associate Director for TA Agents hiring is a key role to ensure the talent require for business continuity. The role is responsible for develop TA strategies and ensure TA pipeline and hiring for all operations roles.
The role leads the TA Agent recruiters ensuring the hiring on time as well quality of hiring.
The role is responsible for development sourcing and attraction strategies that enable to ensure talent require by the business.
The role must ensure 3Vs to the different business stakeholders to partnering on the execution of the hiring strategies, and in alignment of business KPIs.
The Talent Acquisition Associate Director is responsible leading, setting & implementing talent attraction strategies in El Salvador for the business while partnering with executive leaders from the organization to accomplish business needs and objectives across the region for our stakeholders.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices for the region to lead the BPO industry in every country and be the employer of choice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee each countries’ team workload distribution, deliverables, datelines to align with client’s plans and needs
- Oversee Talent Acquisition Team’s performance & strategy and KPIs to accomplish company’s needs.
- Gather and analyze competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits, and employment practices.
- Lead employer branding strategy across the region, strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, applicant tracking, campus recruiting and employee referral programs, including Social Media to support process efficiency.
- Review, prepare, analyze, and present metrics and insightful recommendations to Senior Leadership and clients regarding talent acquisition related strategic initiatives, outcomes and/or other applicable areas of interest to provide concise and accurate information that aids in decision-making.
- Oversee the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition attraction channels and sources of hire including employee referral, job boards, community outreach, schools and professional groups.
- Lead audit process preparation in the region for the different lines of business.
- Assure processes are standardized across the region to meet quality standards for all stakeholders and parties involved.
- Lead Talent Acquisition process continuous revision to find areas of improvement and alignment as per business needs.
- Oversee Talent Capacity planning for all countries to assure it responds to business needs.
- Gather and analyze budget related data to provide guidance to Talent Acquisition leaders on investment criteria.
- Oversee projects & implementations and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Design and implement college internship and partnership programs for early careers initiative in El Salvador.
