Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Your responsibilities:

· Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

· Use analysis tools and extensive test management to analyze technical problems in detail and provide possible solutions

· Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.

· Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.

· Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.

· Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

· Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to effectively troubleshoot issues and support customers in using the digital services at different touchpoints (e.g. on mobile phone, in the vehicle or via the websites)

Our requirements:

· 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or in the field of digital products and services.

· Technically experienced people with a high affinity for IT and technical analysis tools.

· Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in English.

· The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Desired: - Experience with luxury brands and high-end customer relationships, particularly in the automotive sector.
