As a Sales Specialist, you will be handling incoming chats and occasionally videocalls from Samsung's customers, assisting them in their purchases and recommending the right products for them.
We are looking for someone who is:
Fluent in Estonian (C1 level) with a good command of English. Russian language skills are not a must, but considered an advantage.
Independent and motivated to provide excellent service, helping customers find and purchase the right products.
Prior experience in sales or customer service would be great to have, but your eagerness to learn and grow professionally is what matters most!
We offer you:
A hourly salary of 6,30 € with the possibility to earn additional monthly bonuses based on your and the team's performance
Expenses subsidy of 60 € (Net) a month to cover different personal expenses for phone, internet, parking and sports

Details about the position:
Start date: As soon as possible
Contract: Permanent, with 4 month probation period
Working hours: Mon-Fri between 08-22 (two shifts, 08.00-16.30 / 13.30-22.00)
Location: Work from home in Estonia (work from abroad is not allowed)
