As a Senior Lead Android Developer within our Wireless Engineering organization, you will thrive in an agile team environment that values professional respect and effective communication. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, specifically contributing to the design, development, documentation, and troubleshooting of our eSIM / Multi-SIM library as part of our connection manager client APK. Additionally, you will engage in new technology projects involving Android, demonstrating creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design and development of our eSIM / Multi-SIM library.
- Innovate with new technology projects involving Android.
- Write clean, concise, and stable code that is extensible and unit-tested.
- Communicate effectively with developers, quality engineers, product owners, scrum masters, and project managers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Implement new features following Agile methodologies and established architectural principles.
- Write code that meets production requirements and anticipates potential errors.
- Conduct code reviews, pair coding, and mentoring sessions to enhance team quality.
- Work closely with QA to understand testing and automation plans.
- Collaborate with the architecture team to enhance the library and application framework.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in Android application development.
- At least 7 years in overall application development.
- 2 or more years in web services development experience using REST, JSON, XML.
- Passion for the latest technology trends and willingness to share insights with the team.
The base salary range for this position is
USD 109,749 - USD 150,905, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
