What we are looking for:
Associate, Accounting - GLSS Global Bank Reconciliation will report directly to the GLSS Manager, Accounting. Associate will be responsible for ensuring that cash financial transactions are properly recorded, and bank reconciliations are performed and provide timely resolutions to reconciling items. He/She will also be responsible for process improvement within the assigned processes.

- Works with business unit Controllers and various teams to prepare monthly bank account reconciliation reports.
- Works with cross functional team's representatives to identify open items and unidentified transactions for timely closure.
- Monitors accuracy of cash ledger information and investigates issues, performs root cause analysis and propose resolution.
- Well versed with the ERP system environment and receipts and payments process. Analyzes the payment and receipt process for timely recording of transactions to ensure there are no open items.
- Prepares monthly journal entries related to short term investments, interest income/expense, bank charges.
- Works with Manager, peers and cross-functional staff in the improvement of process to reduce error and increase automation.
- Review business process and be able to identify and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.

Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Graduate of B.S. Accountancy is required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 3 years experience in Bank Reconciliation.
- Preferably within the Shared Services accounting industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- The candidate will need to be self-motivated.
- Attention to detail is highly important and a structured methodical approach is necessary.
- Knowledge in accounting processes such as AP, AR, Fixed Asset, Intercompany, Account Reconciliations and General Ledger.
- Successful candidates must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast - paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- A good Team player and knows how to collaborate with other cross-functional teams within Concentrix.
