The Regional Crisis Manager plays a critical role in monitoring, assessing, and responding to potential risks and threats that could impact the business. This position requires a bilingual (Spanish & English) professional with strong communication skills, crisis management expertise, and the flexibility to support a 24/7 environment in case of incidents.Must-Have Requirements
• Availability & Flexibility: Must be flexible to address regional needs in a 24x7 environment. While constant online presence isn’t required, immediate support during incidents is crucial.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English): Strong communication skills and the ability to interact clearly with regional leadership.
• Crisis & Threat Intelligence Expertise:
• Gather intelligence from live satellite imagery, social media platforms, media reports, and trends.
• Provide threat intelligence to assess potential risks to the business.
• Perform initial incident investigations to assist the Crisis Management Team.
• Manage regional incidents, emergency notifications, and escalation protocols during crises.
• Act as the communications hub for Global Security Services, coordinating assistance across multiple channels.
• Provide 24/7/365 coverage in a follow-the-sun model, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
• Incident Management & Communication:
• Schedule, lead, and organize stakeholder incident management calls as needed.
• Ensure timely risk assessments and situation reports for stakeholders and business lines.
• Administer and support business and employee crisis response activities, including emergency notification systems.
• Assist in establishing methodologies to address analytical gaps in raw data.
• Deliver metrics and measurements to support program validation and evolution.
• Provide crisis mitigation support and contribute to after-action reporting.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Support the development of risk management frameworks, including policies, standards, SOPs, playbooks, and escalation protocols.
• Ensure compliance with Concentrix’s Code of Ethical Business Conduct and all applicable laws.
• Comply with security, data protection, and usage policies.
• Continuous Learning & Industry Best Practices:
• Stay updated with industry best practices through internal and external forums/conferences.
