This position involves conducting outbound telephony surveys to gather valuable data while managing customer interactions effectively.
We are looking for driven individuals with a knack for communication and a passion for customer engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve an expected volume survey daily
- Maintain compliance with provided scripts while demonstrating flexibility in responding to queries and managing customer queries
- Record data accurately and efficiently using a typing speed that enables high productivity
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German/French/Italian/Spanish and English
- Previous experience in sales or customer interaction roles is an advantage
- Familiarity with motorcycles and electric vehicles will be considered a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to comply with scripted interactions while personalizing the conversation as needed
