As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth and success for our IT solutions, working directly with commercial clients in your designated region.

What You’ll Do:
Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of B2B clients, building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
Partner with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions through consultative selling.
Create and close new business opportunities while expertly managing deals from start to finish.
Proactively engage with current clients and prospect new ones, generating fresh leads and expanding your pipeline.
Organize and attend face-to-face meetings with clients to better understand their needs and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Management, Partner Managers, Pricing, and more) to ensure a seamless sales process.
Provide accurate business forecasts and maintain an up-to-date CRM database.
Drive pricing strategies to maximize performance while optimizing win rates and margins.

What We’re Looking For:
Native Bulgarian speaker with fluent English proficiency.
Proven B2B sales experience and a track record of success, especially in face-to-face client interactions.
Sales experience in the IT sector is a big plus!
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Business-savvy with a strong commercial mindset.
Goal-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.
Flexibility to adapt your schedule and travel (50% within Sofia).
