The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Working in an international context, as part of the 10-strong Account Management team, we are looking for an Account Manager whose responsibilities will include the following:
Working in an international context, as part of the 10-strong Account Management team, we are looking for an Account Manager whose responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensure the administrative management associated with the customer accounts for which you will be responsible (account follow-up, lettering, dispute follow-up, etc.)
- Perform an initial financial and solvency analysis of our customers
- Monitor the aged trial balance, outstanding debts and make the necessary reminders in accordance with procedures
- Find appropriate payment solutions by negotiating with customers
- Manage and monitor payment plans
- Establish a privileged relationship with suppliers and customers
- Work closely with the payment, insurance and pre-litigation departments.
Profile required
2/3 years' higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent
Experience in Credit Management appreciated
Bilingual in Portugues, good level of English required (reading, writing, speaking), Italian or Spanish would be a plus
Proficiency in Pack Office required (Word, Excel)
