Job Description

The Advisor I, Technical Support responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve all all inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and chats with precision and care.
  • Quickly Identifying and resolving troubleshooting product issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports that outline technical challenges for service technicians.
  • Check and prepare the resolution process of customers' technical issues.
  • Assist customers with both warranty and out-of-warranty services, such as Fixed Price Repair, Extended Warranty, and Spare Parts.

Our requirements

  • Fluent in Czech (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Great interest in new technologies.
  • At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
