We are looking for a Site Merchandising Specialist focused on presenting and merchandising product to consumers through a mobile app. The ideal candidate has a sharp attention to detail, interest in the e-commerce business, curiosity for marketplace and product trends, the ability to learn and use analytics/reporting tools effectively, and strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for optimizing the consumer’s digital journey end to end, ensuring the best representation of the product assortment, brand, and commercial campaigns within the app environment.
    •    Manage site experience for specific categories and consumer segments in line with the commercial plan, including product attribution, collection creation, product tracking, and setup of merchandising rules and navigation.
    •    Monitor and respond to business performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, analyze demand, sell-through, inventory needs, and markdowns to optimize the user journey and increase conversion.
    •    Analyze standard weekly reports and dashboards, perform deep dives, and share insights and priorities with relevant teams to drive improvements in the digital experience and impact KPIs.
    •    Track and measure product performance and develop strategies to boost results.
    •    Analyze site search behavior and improve search results across digital platforms.
    •    Interpret market trends, identify challenges, and apply findings to enhance the user experience and product visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

You will collaborate with digital platform teams, operations, supply and demand planning, and digital marketing to ensure high-quality experiences across initiatives. You’ll coordinate with site experience managers and other specialists to define seasonal plans and campaign execution aimed at achieving business goals.

    •    Experience in e-commerce retail and product knowledge.
    •    Ability to work under tight deadlines.
    •    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    •    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
    •    Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
    •    Fluent in English (written and spoken).
