Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting (F&A) Team Leader to manage and oversee daily operations within our Shared Services Centre / Finance function. This role involves performing & supervising a team of finance professionals primarily across Accounts Receivable (AR/O2C), Accounts Payable (AP), and/or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The Team Leader will also drive process improvements, people development, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders. The role will involve functional and managerial responsibilities. However, it is expected that the candidate will also be actively involved in operational tasks primarily related to O2C (Order to Cash), AP (Accounts Payable) and/or R2R (Record-to-Report) processes.
