Summary

Supervisor, Physical Security is responsible for oversight of sites within the Physical Security environment, this position manages but not limited to overall Security Audits, Controls, Compliance, asset protection, Financials, contract management and Investigations. He/she/they is responsible for Physical security budgetary control and vendor management.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

Preferably from Defence background (Army/Navy/Air force)/ IT Security 5 to 7 Yrs of experience in managing Security, Emergency, Security Systems etc. Experience in conducting Risk Analysis, site Risk Assessments and Investigations. Experience in providing Security solutions, Intelligence gathering, Training, Audits, Client visits & Data Protection Compliance. Investigations - expert in conducting investigations using different techniques and usage of security technology.
Security Audits Controls and Compliance (client requirement and/or industry standards) - deep knowledge on creating proactive activities that will address different requirements (corporate, regulatory, client and industry standard. Security Financials - responsible in implementing cost saving measure to help company in time of need. Conduct onsite and offsite physical security survey and prepare risk assessment report. Ensure appropriate and timely entry of incidents and reports into Perspective. Liaison with Law enforcement Authorities Ensure guards are adequately trained and meet quality specified in the Security Policy, SOP, and contract document. Support in sourcing for cost effective security systems and services solutions to reduce security expenses. Provide inputs on security vendor performance for the purpose of vendor selection and contract. Emergency Planning & Crisis Management, Respond to Incidents, Emergencies and Alarms and Manage the Security and Safety Responses Coordination and implementation of Half yearly Fire evacuation drills, Act as Compliance Officer to ensure compliance of the location / BU / Business to Concentrix / Client Security requirements / Policies.

Key skills and knowledge:

Highest degree of honesty and integrity. Should have very good interpersonal and communication skills. Language skills (Read / Write / Speak) English, Hindi, and local language of region / state where deployed. Good Negotiation and Presentation skills. Should be a team leader capable of leading by example. Good, quick, and independent decision-making skills, especially in crisis. Able to support and advise management during security crisis. Working knowledge of computer applications. Excellence in investigative aptitude and report writing skills. Should have self-confidence to withstand functional / situational pressures. Should have Risk & Compliance identified. Aware about data protection, policies and procedure, familiarity with local laws. Preferably local knowledge of language

Educational qualification: Graduation, Relevant certification preferred
