As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of an innovative company. You'll handle inbound calls, providing real-time assistance and solutions to our valued customers.
Your role involves:
Assisting customers with account setup and application navigation
Resolving username/password issues
Uninstalling/reinstalling our mobile app
Delivering top-notch support with a professional and friendly approach
What we are looking for:
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage
Solid computer skills (MS Office, use of the internet, e-mail, and web-based applications)
Interest in technology and desire to learn new skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Team player with a great attitude
High school education
