Your responsibilities
Do you speak German? Do you like helping people? Join our German-speaking team in Katowice, Poland!
You don't have to sell anything, you don't have to know how to build a washing machine. It is enough that you speak German well, are good listener and want to help - we will teach you the rest!
We are looking for a person who is not afraid of phone calls, has technical mindset and can find a solution even where others see a problem.
What will you do?
- respond to calls from German-speaking customers,
- help with repairs, warranties, parts and minor defects,
- look for solutions remotely (so that the service technician can have a rest),
- match products to customers in response to their needs,
- work with a CRM system - great if you are familiar with SAS Customer Intelligence.
Who we are looking for?
A candidate with German at C1 level - fluent, confident, stress-free, with a possibility to work from Katowice,
- with experience in customer or technical service (not a “MUST”, just will be easier for you),
- with a bit of technical intuition - you don't have to be an engineer, it's enough that you can think logically,
- with a positive approach to people and challenges - because a smile can be heard even on the phone,
- English? nice to have, but not required.
