They lead and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts. This Corporate Sales Professional will actively engage with clients to sell new products, solutions, and services to existing automotive clients. This professional generate leads; develops targets into clients and meets revenue and profit goals as assigned by sales leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE :
- Client relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Strategic planning and execution: Translate client goals into actionable business strategies.
- Revenue growth and profitability: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand accounts.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to deliver solutions.
- Mentorship and leadership: Guide junior account managers and lead client-facing initiatives.
- Responsible for new business sales within assigned markets and existing Fortune 500 clients
- Champion the effort to grow and maintain the corporation's primary and long-term revenue base
- Develop a thorough understanding of prospect or client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with existing and prospective client executive management
- Partner with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategy for particular pursuits, based on client interactions
- Collaborate with Sales Support; Account Directors; Operations and other departments to ensure the client's expectations are being met or exceeded
- Provide customer and market intelligence back to Sales, Account Directors, Operations, and Finance regarding Concentrix strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on sales pursuit interactions.
- Maintain and update Salesforce database with sales pursuit information
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with five years or more years of related experience strongly preferred. Corporate Sales Experience preferred.
Strong communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and maintain trust with clients.
Problem-solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues.
Business acumen: Understand market trends and align strategies with company goals.
Negotiation skills: Secure favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction.
Organizational skills: Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

The base salary range for this position is $100K - $120K CAD / $105K - $125K USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
