What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Advisor with Italian and English on our team, you will: 

• Provide solutions to clients' issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience
• Inform and promote insurance solutions for in-warranty and post-warranty products
• Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience 

Your qualifications

• Have advanced level of Italian language (both written and spoken) - C1
• Have a good level of English - C1
• Customer orientated mind set with focus on problem solving
• Attention to details
• Good computer skills
• Patience and proactivity
