PLEASE NOTE: This is a high-level individual contributor role with opportunity for growth. This position has no direct reports. This is a remote/Work-At-Home opportunity and can be performed anywhere in the United States of America.

Responsibilities
In this crucial role, you will build and manage a robust partner pipeline, aiming to increase revenue, product adoption, and market presence for Concentrix CX Tech throughout the US market. Your efforts will specifically target our CCaaS partnerships. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record in leading sales initiatives, working hand-in-hand with other Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, and Partners. You'll also engage with high-level executives in large enterprises, facilitating interactions that drive success.
Your business acumen will enable you to effectively engage with new sales opportunities and manage relationships with clients at the CXO/VP level, particularly in partnership with our CCaaS partners. We seek a professional who can think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technology challenges, and who can craft compelling value propositions that resonate with both customers and partners. Your ability to work cross-functionally to build consensus will be key to your success.
- Accelerate revenue and market presence: Spearhead initiatives to significantly increase revenue, pipeline and expand market share for Concentrix.
- Achieve Sales Excellence: Consistently meet or surpass both quarterly and annual revenue/pipeline targets, demonstrating outstanding sales performance.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and execute dynamic partnerships with priority partners. Demonstrate a deep understanding of various deal types and seize opportunities by suggesting tailored tech partner solutions proactively.
- Craft compelling value propositions that distinctly set Concentrix apart from the competition, highlighting our unique advantages and compelling offerings in the marketplace.
- Engage in Industry Events: Actively participate in essential industry events hosted by key partners to expand networks and seize new opportunities.
- Strategically implement sales plans: Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance market reach.
- Nurture a thriving pipeline: Sustain, expand and help to grow a robust pipeline that supports continual growth and opportunity.
- Collaborate across business units: Partner efficiently with sales executives from various Concentrix units to expand reach and promote the adoption of CCaaS solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations: Oversee and manage contract negotiations in conjunction with internal stakeholders, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Build enduring client relationships: Foster and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, prioritizing mutual success and growth.
- Internal and external sales enablement.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction: Commit to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and enhancing client experiences.
- Travel requirements: Prepare for moderate travel to support your role and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Extensive sales expertise: Possess at least 7 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development, with proven prowess in direct field selling of complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Having a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS is advantageous.
- Industry background: Prior involvement in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform/Contact Center environments (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, CCaaS) is essential.
- Preferred experience: Familiarity with Genesys, Amazon Connect and other solutions, showcasing an exemplary closing record.
- Exceptional communication skills: Excel in delivering presentations and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Negotiation expertise: Outstanding ability to negotiate favorable terms and build beneficial relationships.
- Proactive and driven: Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting.
- Leadership capabilities: Exhibit strong leadership skills, inspiring and guiding partnerships toward shared goals.
- Results-Oriented: Possess a relentless drive to achieve and surpass objectives.
- Consultative selling proficiency: Skilled in applying consultative selling techniques to understand and address client needs.

- Trusted Advisory Status: Considered a reliable advisor by both customers and colleagues, establishing trust and credibility.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000- $210,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
