Summary

The Specialist Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.

Description

You Will

  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs

  • Qualify opportunities and handle objections

  • Conduct C-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts

  • Explain our products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our products

  • Collaborate closely with client to create a territory "plan-of-attack", including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks

  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

  • Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota

  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)

You Have

  • Malaysia citizen

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma

  • 3-4 years of experience in Cloud based IT sales is advantageous 

  • Tech savvy is a must! 

  • Experience in consultative solution selling in B2B environment for technology products 

  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner 

  • Strong experience speaking with C-level Enterprise clients 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment 

  • History of quota over-achievement 

  • Knowledge of CRM system 

  • Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set 
    for the team 

  • Proven success in generating leads and experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches. 

  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills 

  • Any business sales, or technical degree is a plus

  • Working Arrangement: Fully on-site

  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 6AM-3PM / 7AM-4PM *subject to change depending on business requirement

  • Office Location: Menara Etiqa Bangsar, KL
