Your Typical Day:
Provide support via calls, live chat, email, and social media, offering reliable advice for customer queries and platform navigation.
Act as a trusted advisor in the sports industry, addressing customer inquiries related to account setup, financial matters, technical issues, and more.
Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues across multiple communication channels.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication, ensuring their satisfaction.
Deliver exceptional service while adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
What You Need:
Fluency in German, both written and verbal
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Availability for training attendance Monday - Friday, 10-19
Excellent communication skills
Interest in sports
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
What You Can Expect from Us:
Full time position with working hours from Monday to Sunday, 5 p.m. - 2 a.m.
