The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, including AI-enabled and Agentforce-driven use cases, across enterprise CRM environments. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and Service Cloud, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and operate within Agile delivery models.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations, and is comfortable contributing to Agentforce and AI-powered automation initiatives while maintaining Salesforce best practices and delivery excellence.
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, including AI-enabled and Agentforce-supported workflows.
Implement and support Agentforce and intelligent automation use cases, particularly within Service Cloud and digital engagement scenarios.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
Participate in application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Support testing cycles, deployments, and production issue resolution, including bug fixes and performance optimizations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and training materials.
Conduct code reviews, enforce Salesforce development best practices, and ensure solution scalability and security.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, feedback, and task delegation.
Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, architects, and Agile teams to gather requirements and communicate progress.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts when required, including high-level estimations and technical input.
Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across application design, delivery processes, and practice development.
5+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce platforms.
Strong experience developing with Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing, and the Force.com platform.
Demonstrated experience supporting Service Cloud implementations, including case management, automation, and digital channels.
Experience implementing or supporting Agentforce, AI-powered automation, or intelligent agent use cases within Salesforce environments.
Solid experience with complex integrations, object-oriented design patterns, and relational databases.
Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
