Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of early and mid-stage startups, managing all remote engagements and success plans
- Identify and prioritize key internal partners and create strategies to integrate with the startup program ecosystem
- Build executive relationships with founders and C-level leaders, understanding their business goals, funding runway, and product roadmaps
- Ensure customer engagement and success with high-potential startups by proactively managing their experience with the platform
- Ensure startups are efficiently utilizing their allotted credits and program benefits to maximize their growth potential
- Accelerate customer product adoption through well-developed virtual engagements, partnering with engineers, product teams, and the extended sales team
- Manage the complete lifecycle of customer engagements, including operational strategy and ongoing relationship management via digital channels
- Manage and escalate critical issues (billing, support, security) internally to ensure a swift resolution that maintains customer trust
- Identify areas to help streamline and improve program processes – recommend strategic improvements to management
- Provide consistent follow-up on opportunities or inquiries while handling objections to help retain customers in a competitive market
- Work with multiple stakeholders, building effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels across the startup landscape
- The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm (remote) – possible move to Hybrid in the future
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish – both written and spoken
- 2+ years of IaaS or SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated interest in and curiosity about new technologies
- Competency in Cloud technology, and the ability to articulate a clear value proposition to technical and non-technical founders
- Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals or defined OKRs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and a willingness to test and iterate different engagement methods
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace programs
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar CRM required
