Sr. Supervisor, Asset Management

Job Description

-Know the local procedures of import and export.
-Registration and labeling of fixed asset income and consignment in both excel and inventory software.
-Creation and implementation of policies for the management and control of inventories.
-Maintenance of the system or Software of fixed assets per day
-Management of responsible lists for assets designated to a collaborator.
-Negotiation and execution of guarantees of assets with suppliers.
-Authorizes and carries out the daily transfers updates according to the needs of the operation.
-Make the travel closings of the merchandise of import, export, transfers to satellite plants and consignment necessary for the operation.
-Carry in an orderly manner, clean, register and update the information of the Customs Control Book, same record must be fully reconciled with the accounting of the company due to the established rules.
-Keep record of the differences by Theft, Donation, Recycling or destruction of equipment or assets acquired under the free zone regulations with their respective customs process as the case may be.
-Know and ensure the regulations of the law of free zone of the state, adhering to it and enforce it fully in the company. Taking into account the sanctions to which it would be exposed in case of non-compliance.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.

• Four years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables   

• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees   

• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure   

• Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team  

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
