Job Description

The Sr Quality Evaluator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound and/or outbound calls and other customer contact methods (e.g. email, chat) for accuracy and adherence to established quality standards. This position assists in the output of assessing quality standards, provide insight to customers to contribute to program performance improvements.

Of course we will provide full-relocation support and provide the successful applicant with a work permit.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be entrusted with the following dynamic responsibilities:

- Ensuring seamless operation of the quality control system to uphold operational excellence.

- Maintaining the reliability of reporting, thereby facilitating effective and precise management of project strategic data.

- Conducting call recordings and evaluations in accordance with a structured framework to uphold our esteemed quality standards.

- Playing an active role in enhancing project quality through continual improvement processes.

- Ensuring adherence to processes and regulations for optimal efficiency
