Solutions Implementation Specialist

We seek a Solutions Implementation Specialist to guide engagement and product adoption for Solution Services customers. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Training, and Consulting teams to deliver seamless implementations, driving customer success with Smartsheet’s SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

– Design and implement solutions to accelerate time-to-value for customers.

– Configure integrations with tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.

– Serve as a Smartsheet SME, showcasing best practices across industries and departments.

– Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance offerings.

– Develop processes and validate solution designs to ensure customer success.

– Support Sales with feasibility assessments and costing for new engagements.

Qualifications:

– 2+ years in Business Management Consulting or related fields.

– Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Smartsheet solutions.

– Strong project management skills.

– Proficient in SaaS application delivery, from scoping to implementation.

– Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
