Summary
Sr. Representative, Talent Sourcing with customer care experience, candidate facing experience desired and general marketing/digital marketing knowledge and will be responsible for identifying and pre-screen qualified candidates for job opportunities through lead processing from different sourcing channels and lead searching skills, ensuring a healthy pipeline to fulfill specific hiring needs. The Sr. Representative will also analyze competitor’s approach on talent attraction to provide informed inputs to Marketing Department to holistically robust internal Sourcing Strategy.
Description
- Daily review of all active job boards and job fairs for leads collection for Sourcing data base
- Daily Sourcing online SharePoint and MS form update
Daily contact to assigned leads to perform pre-screening interview
Daily schedule of Talent Acquisition interviews with pre-screening approved candidates
Assessment sent out to pre-screening approved candidates
Regret and active letters communication sent out
Communication with candidates regarding their recruiting process
Daily Social Media monitoring to answer messages and check audience sentiment
Candidate follow up during recruitment process
Support on different initiatives to monitor competitor’s strategy
Requirements
- Experience in customer service in a BPO environment of 6 months
- General knowledge in marketing
- Intermediate knowledge of PC and software applications
- Intermediate knowledge in Office Suite (Emphasis on Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
