Key Details about the role:

• 12 August Start Date

• Pay Rate $26.77 per hour + Super + Incentives (will increase 01/07)

• Full Time (38 hours per week)

• Part Time (30 hours per week)

• Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm - Rotating roster

• Brisbane CBD Location - Across the road from Central Station, make the most of upcoming 50c fares!

• Paid training provided - continued support and coaching leading to growth towards promotion opportunities.

Role Duties:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide a refreshing and positive experience with each interaction. Use your problem-solving skills to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Who are you?

• Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age

• Confident and capable in using computers and systems 

• Passionate about customer service

• Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones
