We are looking for new talent to cover our local E-Merchandiser going on maternity leave, and join a passionate HP Online Store team in Stockholm, Sweden. As the Swedish HP Store E-merchandiser you will contribute to making the HP Online Store the best customer shopping experience, containing the finest products. You will be working closely with product, marketing and sales teams, always with a sales focus in mind.
Take over this exciting challenge in our client's office in Stockholm, Sweden. Some days a week you can do this tasks remotely from your home in Sweden. Please note, that this is a temporary contract for approx. 12 months.

As our new E-Merchandiser to HP Store you will be focusing on 2 core responsibilities:
First and foremost, you will ensure that the site is constantly serving the right content to the right customer at the right time to the highest standards, always with sales at the forefront of your objectives.
Secondly you will be focusing on accelerating the online performance, coordinating projects & campaigns, improving conversion rates, scaling visits and conversions.
With your experience in an online content or ecommerce environment, you will be responsible for:
Managing quarterly promotional and content roadmaps for the HP Online Store in collaboration with business segment leads.
Running regular checks on the content of the store to ensure that the site is performing to the highest standards for achieving optimal results. (Homepages, Gateways, Microsites, Offer Detail Pages, Product Details Pages & key promotional touchpoints)
Bridging the gap between business owners and implementation according to all agreed SLA's and existing processes. You will be responsible for transforming briefs for local and central promotions into full-fledged campaigns, with a 360° view of the campaign from start to finish.
Acting as the front-end gatekeeper, you will ensure the right content appears at the right time in line with HP brand guidelines.
Briefing and/or implementing briefs to or from other contributors and team members.
Contributing to existing workflows and making suggestions for improvement whenever possible.
Creation of weekly newsletters and getting involved with the optimization of every touchpoint with our end-users.
Merchandising the in-Store search engine using custom promotions, synonyms and auto-completion.
Making sure that your key decisions are based on analyzed data. With your thorough understanding of key point indicators, you will be accountable for making or advising prompt data-driven decisions to improve the online experience and sales figures.
Testing new functionalities introduced to the Store or our systems and giving feedback based on your experience.
Localizing and/or translating content from English to Swedish.

Your Skills
Swedish bilingual/native speaker. A good understanding of English is a must.
Excellent project management, organizing and coordination skills.
Experience in Marketing and Sales is preferred.
Understanding of SEO, SEM & site optimization.
Adobe Creative Suite.
Usage of analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
MS Office Suite.
Understanding of A/B-testing or multivariate testing is desired. Experience is a plus.
START: At your earliest convenience, according to the agreement (Aug/ Sept 1st).
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time, temporary position until July/Aug 2025. You will be assigned a Concentrix employment contract and work for our client HP.
LOCATION: Hybrid. HP Office in Stockholm, Sweden, with the possibility of working remote/from home a few days per week as per agreed.
WORKING HOURS: Weekdays, Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00.
