Job Description

The Supervisor Transport will be responsible for organizing schedules/routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties. He/she/or they will work within general policies, principles and goals, working directly with transport Manager.

• Effective Planning and Prioritization to drive performance 
• Provide mentorship to new hires
• Handle conflicts while managing eSAT
• Data Collection, analysis and reporting
• Logical thinking, analytical, solution oriented and adept to handle complex situations
• Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve
• Ability to manage and support a team 
• Liaising between management, drivers and internal customers
• Evaluating driver performance, handling customers queries and resolving complaints in timely manner
