Job Description

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in SCCM and BigFix administration.

• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server operating systems.

• Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.).

• Experience in project management.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced English (Speaking and Writing) - Will actively participate in meetings with global teams. 

• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Windows Server.

• Experience with other endpoint management tools and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or HCL BigFix for software distribution.

• System updates and security patches.

• Manage IBM BigFix infrastructure to ensure device compliance and security.

• Provide senior-level support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Active Directory, GPOs, Operating systems, and endpoint management tools.

• Collaborate with IT teams to investigate and resolve critical incidents. Operating System Implementation: Plan and execute operating system deployments, including upgrades and migrations, to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance.

• Develop and maintain standardized system images for desktops and laptops.

• Process Automation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and implement scripts to improve operational efficiency.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the digital workplace. Security and Compliance:

• Ensure all devices comply with company security policies. Implement and monitor security policies through SCCM and BigFix. Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system procedures and configurations. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and new technologies.

 • Work closely with other local and global IT teams to plan and implement new clients.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
