Concentrix is looking for #Gamechangers to join as a Full-Time Receptionist at our new site in Rruga e Durresit at the intersection with Milan Shuflaj Street, in Tirana!
 
The resource will be responsible for managing the Front Office, welcoming visitors, and enthusiastically supporting the Facility Team.
 
What Will Your Contribution Be to Our Team?
You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, registering them, and accompanying them to various facilities at the headquarters.
You will support the Facility Team.
You will provide administrative support to various company departments.
You will manage supplies for the offices.
You will coordinate the booking of meeting rooms, training, and relaxation spaces.
You will monitor and supervise electrical/water/air conditioning systems in collaboration with the Facility team and maintain contacts for management and maintenance.
You will be the coordination point for the headquarters with suppliers, cleaning companies, and security.
You will carry out the control and maintenance of key and visitor logs.
You will print, activate, deliver, and deactivate company badges for other #Gamechangers.
You will verify compliance with procedures, manuals, and policies, particularly concerning Health and Safety and Physical & Security.
You will participate, as needed, in various meetings (company audits).
You will work in synergy with the IT department, with particular attention to warehouse management and logistics of company materials.
You will provide support for event organization.
 
Who Are We Looking For?
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Welcoming Staff, or Facility Assistant.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Excellent knowledge of the English language, which will be tested during the interview.
Knowledge of the Italian language will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork attitude and ability to interact with the public, clients, and suppliers.
Problem Solver.
Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Orientation towards improvement and corporate efficiency.
A strong sense of responsibility and respect for company policies and our clients complete the profile.
 
Employment Contract: Part-Time - 6h per day
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on shifts.
Work Location: Rruga e Durresit at the intersection with Milan Shuflaj Street, Tirana, Albania.
