Job Description
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Participation in all accounting related processes, including journal entries, close process, balance sheet reconciliations, sub ledger reconciliations, local accounting statutory compliance.
- Accountability over adherence to deadlines for Corporate/local deliverables as well as fiscal/tax compliance matters.
- Ensure alignment of all accounting transactions to Corporate Accounting policies.
- Perform financial analysis over financial statements, providing initiatives on maximizing financial results or metrics.
- Active participation/involvement in both Corporate/Local audits (including internal audits, tax, fiscal, transfer pricing, local statutory/government audits)
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in finance and accounts is preferred.
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to take initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
