F4 GSO Commercial Enablement Lead

Job Description

i. Lead the billing and invoice process across complex operations, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness.
ii. Lead processes to provide information to Meta in a timely manner including, but not limited to: headcount, attrition, and hiring status.
iii. Engage in regular meetings with Meta Commercial Enablement team, analyzing status of supply fulfillment and to discuss insights, business updates, and risk mitigation.
iv. Key partner in change management and communications related to invoicing and billing data governance.
v. Understand and support the end-to-end tracking, auditing and administration for resources (headcount) across a complex global operation.
vi. Provide timely responses to Meta billing and headcount inquiries.
vii. Hold the team accountable to all requirements, deadlines and requests coming from the Meta Commercial Enablement team.

i. Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity

ii. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

iii. Experience in operations or finance

iv. People management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members

v. Empathy for the Meta community and passion to create an exceptional experience and provide outstanding support

vi. Excited to be part of a global operations teams, design effective business operations, tackle complex problems, and develop individual team members

vii. Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment
