In this Team Leader role, you'll manage a team responsible for sales, customer care and technical support. You'll motivate and guide a team of hardworking individuals to reach targets and strive for excellence in customer service.

As a Team Leader, you can expect to take on the following:

• Ensure that team members perform in line with required sales performance metrics (Customer Service performance metric)
• Manage workload in a timely and effective manner
• Analyse customer feedback data
• Pursue quality and assurance initiatives
• Present recommendations for improvement

The ideal Team Leader candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the desire to go the extra mile. If you are organised, highly responsible, and can adapt to change while juggling tasks, then this is your calling. Additional Requirements include:

• Minimum 2 years’ previous team management experience
• PC literacy, fast typing and experience using appropriate software and systems
• Clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate Agents and provide feedback in a positive, constructive way that will encourage performance improvement
