Summary
The Sr. Specialist, Sales Support is responsible for providing comprehensive support to both internal and external sales teams by handling administrative and related tasks. This position assists in managing processes related to order processing, quotation generation, and record keeping while leveraging advanced knowledge of products and services to address complex inquiries and ensure high-quality service. Additionally, he/she/they will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with clients to navigate operational complexities.
Description
- Prepare quotes for contract renewals and RFP/RFI responses to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Maintain documentation of quotes with precise pricing and configurations to uphold data integrity
- Address external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner to enhance customer satisfaction
- Perform bookings and booking reconciliation to ensure accurate order processing
- Conduct quality assurance self-checks and peer-checks to improve processes and compliance
- Serve as a subject matter expert, developing and amending process documents to refine workflows
- Proactively identify and communicate operational risks to mitigate issues before they escalate
- Assist the Frontline Manager in queue management and team target oversight to drive performance
