- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field - nice to have
- Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor law and experience in a similar HR role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (B2) and Polish, both spoken and written.
- People Skills: Exceptional management abilities with a high level of empathy, approachability, and an open personality.
