Consulting agency and subsidiary of the group, Catalyst is the expert firm in relational and digital transformations in EMEA and has the ambition to become one on a global scale.
With 300 consultants spread over 4 offices (UK, France, Germany and APAC), Catalyst helps brands to make their Customer Experience a differentiating element and vector of growth and performance.
In France, the office has around fifty employees: consultants and data scientists but also digital experts, UX/UI designers and developers.
We are experiencing growth, with consulting activity tripled in 2023.
Job Description and Duties
As a consulting agency with an innovative positioning and growth, Catalyst EMEA is looking for its future Senior Manager/ Principal Consultant to support it in its development on 2 main points: its development in the BFSI industry and/or in the CX technology.
As part of our team you will report to our Head of Consulting and Analytics.
Missions
- Integrate the management team of Catalyst France and thereby contribute to our vision, strategy and development.
- Pilot the Customer transformation projects that we manage for our customers.
- Oversee and assure the delivery of consultant activity with clients
- Manage and nurture client relationships to [build loyalty and develop the customer portfolio]
- Some examples of projects we manage:
- Definition and redesign of Customer strategy (relational ambition, relational posture, organization of customer relationship activities, realization of benchmark / strategic studies)
- Definition and optimization of omnichannel customer journeys
- Selfcarization / automation of their relational systems
- Support for the opening of new relational channels (chat, visio, bot) and deployment of these solutions
- Define outsourcing strategy
- Design and implement transformation programs
- Improve operational models (operational excellence, optimization of productivity, optimization of commercial performance,…)
- Redesign / optimization of commercial acquisition systems
- Implement "Voice of the Customer" program
- Contribute to our business development actions:
- Prospecting: identification of targets, exploratory meetings, management and drafting of commercial proposals.
- Loyalty and development of the customer portfolio
- Participate in actions to develop the notoriety of the firm (speaking out, thought leadership, participation in industry events, etc.)
- Monitor and help develop our consultants (recruitment, people management, development of skills)
Your profile
- Graduate of a Bac +5 from a major business school with at least 6+ years of experience in a management/strategy consulting firm, a Global System Integrator, and/or in Big 4 firms.
- Ideally experience one of the following industries/ areas: customer experience topics (strategy/operations), BFSI and/or experience in CX tech projects
- Experience and network beyond France would be beneficial but not essential.
- Audacity, desire to participate in an intrapreneurial adventure, within a solid, recognized and growing group
- Team spirit
- Implement and lead our clients' customer transformation projects
- Inspire of trust in our customers (CxO level) and our internal interlocutors within Concentrix
- Team management: recruiting, guiding our talents to ensure the fulfillment and development .
- Good level of French and English (written and spoken)
