Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving marketing initiatives? We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager consultant to join our team and boost our marketing efforts across multiple locations!

Your day to day

You will be reporting to the Marketing Lead (Northern Europe) and you will be a business partner to the regional channel and end-user sales teams. You’ll develop to and through end-user initiatives and adapt region-specific digital and content marketing strategies, plan marketing campaigns and marketing communications to promote key HP Inc products, solutions, and services.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Assisting the regional sales team with creative, out-of-the-box end-user strategies, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally through demand creation, and driving good quality leads through demand capture.

• Collaborate with the wider NWE Marketing team to optimize existing and develop new vertical marketing strategies.

• Planning and hosting end-user online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.

• Gathering marketing campaign data with the use of our CRM platform to evaluate the impact of strategies and effectively reporting on results.

• Create, expand and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing market campaigns that promote our products and/or services, within marketing defined strategy.

• ROI/Analysis; set goals and define metrics for each marketing campaign including targeted lead flow to maximize pipeline generation and sales velocity. Montor campaign metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, analyze and report on results, making recommendations for future optimizations.

• Regional event and campaign strategy, decision making, and onsite management.

• Leading and presenting quarterly business plans.

• Managing marketing budgets effectively to drive market share for key product areas.

• Acting as the local brand ambassador for all HP Inc assets.

• Managing local marketing agencies to successfully support various programs.

• Continually analyzing market data, trends, end-user preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize regional marketing strategies.

• Driving advocacy in both regions to help the sales team you support to understand the marketing functions priorities.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Professional qualification/experience in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field, or equivalent.

• In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.

• Very good, fluent English (C1) and one additional Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) on very good, fluent level are both mandatory.

• Exceptional strategic thinking skills.

• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.

• Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.

• Metric-driven and can draw insight from complex marketing data.

• Confident with a dynamic personality.

• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.

START: At your earliest convenience, according to the agreement

LOCATION: Fully remote in Sweden. Travels within the Nordic region are required when needed.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, temporary position for a minimum of 12 months, good chance of contract extension. You will be assigned a Concentrix employment contract and work as a consultant for our Client with the possibility of a future permanent contract

WORKING HOURS: Weekdays, Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00
