About Concentrix Catalyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in Selenium and C# to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications. This role requires a deep understanding of automation testing, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and C#.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to identify testing needs and provide test automation solutions.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Identify and document software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks to support continuous integration and regression testing.
- Ensure test automation is integrated into the development and deployment process (CI/CD).
- Conduct performance and load testing where necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing with Selenium and C#.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools like NUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar.
- Experience working with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
