We are looking for sales manager for our office in Bangalore. As a sales Manager you'll be responsible to lead a team of regional inside marketing individuals for achieving an annual/quarterly/monthly goal, building strong and partner focused relationships. Drive business planning, forecast accuracy and work effectively with the other regional teams to drive global alignment and consistency. Ensure all sales processes are understood and followed, solutions presented meet the business’ outcomes for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Stay updated on IT industry trends through continuous learning.
Manage sales team to achieve targets.
Proactively adjust plans to address performance gaps.
Provide realistic forecasts to management regularly.
Monitor queues daily to ensure prompt customer responses.
Conduct daily coaching sessions to drive relevant customer conversations.
Regularly review and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships.
Recruit and retain top talent for business continuity.
Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs.
Take necessary actions to improve team performance.
