• Salary - £23,878 with uncapped bonus!

•Location – work from the comfort of your own home.

• Full time permanent contracts – We offers 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am – 10.15pm Monday to Sunday.

You will be assisting inbound calls from existing customers, supporting a range of queries. These can be from customers who are within the last 6 months of their contract & want to leave or customers wanting to upgrade. You will work to drive sales through effective questioning & work to promote additional products & services such as mobile phone contracts, home broadband, tablets, sims & more!

What you’ll need:

• Are highly motivated and target driven.
• Have excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Have strong multi-tasking skills.
• Can remain calm under pressure and overcome objections.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, contact centre environment with high call volumes.
• Are an effective team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience in sales within a contact centre environment – Desired.
