Job Description

Successful candidate shall play a pivotal role in ensuring that we comply to every part of CNX’s security system and its controls throughout our sites facility. This shall be done on a micro and macro level. The contributions that this role provides are vital for the team to ensure that we are following what is stated in CNX’s security standards, access control policies and our client’s standards as well.  In general, the physical security compliance supervisor’s role  involves conducting a thorough audit and assessing the results together with the Physical Security compliance manager. This shall apply to the complete physical security systems of all our sites.

Physical Security Audits‍

The Physical Security Compliance Supervisor shall  perform thorough preparations for upcoming audits  to ensure that we do not leave any internal (within CNX) or external (client, certification, government) key result areas unchecked, no matter how minor. This shall include data and information gathering, communication, fast response, and security technology. The following shall be part of the Physical Security Compliance Supervisor’s audit responsibilities:

• Audit of physical site (audit the physical environment in and around the facility)
• Audit of our operating procedures and ensuring that Security operations are following what is stated in our security standard.
• Audit of log sheets and paper trail.
• Audit of client MSA. Understanding what is stated in the MSA and ensuring that we are compliant.
• Audit of CNX physical security systems, assessing vulnerabilities and communicating these to the security technology team to ensure swift resolution.
• Identifying risk factors and threats.
• Actual audit facing.

Reporting:

The Physical Security Compliance Supervisor shall provide status reports that summarizes physical security information collected through continuous monitoring and other ongoing operational security activities. He/She shall deliver or make available the report information to system owners the action items needed to accomplish to ensure consistent readiness should any audit (whether internal or external) occur. Reporting of security metrics shall be required as well. Frequency of reporting shall occur on an ongoing basis specified by the organization to ensure compliance in all CNX security metrics.
