Field Sales Representative for IT PlayerJob Description
Field Sales Representative for IT Player is an end-customer sales representative in B2B environment.
You will drive revenue & margin out of set of commercial customers in a given geography while being within the accorded budget for customer visit.
You will focus on the creation and closing of new business opportunities and be responsible for E2E management of any identified deals through the full sales lifecycle while keeping the pipeline up to date.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for the portfolio of B2B clients, successfully maintaining business relationship with them
Drive their purchasing via consultative selling, identifying their current installed base and business drivers and fitting the best solution to their needs
Drive deal pricing to optimize win rate/margin performance
Proactively contact all assigned existing customers and new prospective clients, identifying new clients in the database (hunting), and generating pipeline and incremental business on both
Detect and manage from beginning to end the pipeline on assigned customer set and provide all support needed to Channel and customer to close opportunities.
Schedule and execute F2F meetings with the customers to better qualify their needs, and potentially close deals
Cooperate with other functions (Pre-Sales, Management, Pricing team, Partner Managers, Filed Sales) to ensure smooth flow of the Business, support all questions from customers and ensure the best fitting solution
Provide an accurate forecast for the business outcomes for the assigned client portfolio
Collect and input into CRM all customer data for future reference.
Drive the usage of tools and internal support to ensure the best efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all management reporting requirements, to any Pricing discussion ad proposal, and monitor work output according to company policies.
Requirements:
Native level Bulgarian language + fluent in English
Solid B2B Sales background
Experience with f2f interactions with clients
Sales experience in the IT sphere will be considered as an advantage
Strong customer negotiation skills with good presentation and communication skills
Sound business acumen and commercial mindset
Target and goal-orientated
Reliability and ability to work toward objectives
Flexibility on the working day
Expected Traveling - 50% of the time (Mainly within Sofia)
