Summary:
This role will work with internal and external partners in the development and utilization of standard, industry-proven tools and processes to help equip leaders in leading organizational change and ensure successful change adoption on identified initiatives. The role will work within a matrix organization with other business partners, including technology, finance, HR, executive leaders, and external teams and customers to positively affect business performance by accelerating change initiatives.
If working remotely, you will need to travel to Omaha, NE 1 week/month. If open to relocating to Omaha, NE you will work in a hybrid office model.
Specifically, this role is responsible for working with the change management team to:
- Lead change management planning and execution for initiatives in accordance with the standards and guidelines defined by the PMO/ OCM leadership team
- Develop change management plans in an interactive, incremental manner based on a situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted
- Deploy (with the rest of the change management team) a set of actionable and targeted change management plans including communication plans, stakeholder roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans on a situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted
- Leverage the customized Up Prosci change management methodology and apply as appropriate for the business environment, adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on execution and impact for the people-side change driven by a transformation initiative
- Co-create a robust and comprehensive communication plan for both internal and external communications; developing and delivering communications through multiple channels; ensuring messages are being delivered to the right audience at the right time in the right channel, in a consistent and engaging format
- Conduct ongoing impact analysis to assess change readiness, identify important partners and manage anticipated resistance. Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics to ensure the project plan is delivered on time and meets defined requirements.
- Design and execute the change agent/change champions plan and resistance management plan
- Coach and provide ongoing support to executive team, stakeholders, and project team in role as change agents.
- Identify required behavior adoption and assess the evolution of adoption and sustainability for the initiative to be successful and achieve expected results Duties and responsibilities
- Deploy and deliver effective, measured and continuously improved change management best practices for the success of enterprise and other large-scale transformational initiatives
- Deploy the standard change management and organizational principles to ensure a common language and approach to change management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years in Change Management or a similar field.
- Demonstrated experience with change management initiatives.
- 1-2 SAP projects (experience with SAP Enable Now would be ideal)
- Candidate should demonstrate OCM skills as:
- Change Management Expertise: Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey change initiatives effectively.
- Leadership Abilities: Ability to influence and lead others toward successful change adoption.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying issues and creating effective solutions.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple change projects concurrently.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage a variety of stakeholders, including executives and employees.
- Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence to understand and manage personal and others' emotions.
- Training and Development: Skills in designing and delivering training sessions to support change.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt strategies in response to changing circumstances within the organization.
- Change management certification is desirable (Prosci certification preferred).
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186., plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
