We’re expanding our Customer Service Representative team at Concentrix and we are seeking night owls to support a US campaign. Working from our dynamic Cape Town office, you’ll be working rotational 8-hour shifts on site between 5 pm and 4 am.

What you will do in this role

• Establish customer requests and expectations, offering efficient and accurate resolution
• Manage multichannel interactions (e.g. voice, email or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients by upselling and recommending client products, services and solutions
• Process payment information with high security and integrity

Your qualifications and experience
Concentrix is a great match if you have:

• A matric certificate
• Proficiency in English verbal communication
• At least 12 months’ experience working in an international contact centre environment
• Sales experience - upselling and identifying products that help our customers
• The ability to troubleshoot and find effective resolutions
