Accountant

As Accountant your main task will be to provide the highest level accountancy services, helping to keep accounts and accounting operations whilst working to achieve company’s growth and income. 💻

Your daily responsibilities will be:

• Daily work with the accounting tasks 
• Supplier invoice processing (validation, accounting assignment, sending out for approval, follow-ups)
• purchase requisition and purchase order review and follow-up
• Payment settlement
• Bank reconciliation
• Asset registration
• Supplier and cost center master updates
• Respond to inquiries from suppliers and company's employees
• Continuous improvement and other assigned tasks

Our requirements are:

• English and Latvian language skills, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
• Good social skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with others
• Excellent time management
• Excellent computer skills (Windows Office)
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• University level degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Finance would be considered as advantage

Compensation: Monthly wage (gross) €1200 

Working hours: Monday to Friday business hours (from 09:00 - 17:30)
