The focus is to do this in a and consultative manner to avoid future issues. This includes guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and onsite, remote and dedicated support services. What we do best Customer Engineers provide multiple services to our Enterprise customers to increase systems availability, resolve important issues, and improve the health of our customers' environments.
We consult with experienced technical staff to ensure they have the skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solution following Microsoft best practices. When things do go wrong we provide rapid on site expertise to resolve important situations. Customer Engineers deliver onsite and dedicated services for Microsoft's Premier customers Expertise
Requirements
Must have german language B2+
Handle customer important issues and work in difficult situations
Technical Expertise Required 5+ years of Office 2016/M365 Apps related experience
Understanding in on-premises Office LTSC Versions/M365 Apps and Architecture for Windows Basic understanding in on-premises LTSC Versions/M365 Apps for Mac ·
Deep in environment specific scenarios with third party and Add-Ins
Basic Knowledge: Deployment And Configuration
Licensing of perpetual and subscription versions and activation :
Maintenance within fixed and modern lifecycle policy :
Focus areas: Local group policies : Cloud policies : Focusing on desktop app: Outlook preferred Tool based Office troubleshooting skills : Tool based Outlook troubleshooting :
Further Knowledge:M365 Apps Admin Center capabilities : M365 Apps deployment options ((SCCM)/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update) Cloud apps : Office for the web apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in migration projects: Changing from MSI-based installation to C2R-based installation On-premises to on-premises: Office 2016 to Office 2019/ Office LTSC 2021
On-premises to evergreen: Office 2016 to/ O365/ M365 Apps :
Changing between versions of C2R- On-premises to on-premises: Office 2019 to Office LTSC 2021 : On-premises to evergreen: Office 2019/LTSC 2021 to M365 Apps
